This past weekend, DonDada Technologies had the incredible opportunity to participate in Ibadan Tech Expo 2024, the biggest tech event in Oyo State. The atmosphere was buzzing as industry leaders, innovators, and aspiring tech professionals gathered to share ideas, collaborate, and spark the next wave of technological innovation in our community.
The event was a huge success, and DonDada Technologies was proud to be part of such an inspiring gathering. Our Team Lead, Mr. Lekan Dada, had the privilege of presenting the very first gift of the day—a brand new laptop to Gemzglam, a talented UI/UX designer. This moment was a reminder of the importance of nurturing local talent and investing in the next generation of tech professionals.
A special shout-out to Hon. Danjuma Balogun and his entire team for organizing such an impactful event. A key highlight of the expo was a thought-provoking keynote address from Hon. Adedeji Stanley Olajide, Chairman of the Committee on ICT and Cybersecurity of the House of Representatives. He emphasized the critical role of collaboration between stakeholders in fostering technological advancement in Oyo State and beyond.
For us at DonDada Technologies, the Ibadan Tech Expo wasn’t just another weekend of tech talks—it was an opportunity to engage with the tech community, connect with forward-thinking professionals, and lay the groundwork for future partnerships. The energy throughout the event was electric, paving the way for exciting opportunities in the Ibadan tech space.
